Tried a slow jog today, but hamstring still acutely tight and sore.

Hamstring still tight. Taking time off.

Hamstring still tight. Taking time off.
Thursday
Strained a damn hamstring while running dehydrated on Wednesday. Now have to take 3-4 days off.
Wednesday
Hit pavement for slow four. Sweated like I was in a shower.
Tuesday
Slow 5 with moderate incline work.
Monday
Decent 5
